For business and employment litigation defense, needs, IPI has joined forces with David G. Hagopian, Esq. of the law firm of Holdsworth & Hagopian (H&H), a California professional corporation specializing in business and employment litigation.  Mr. Hagopian of H&H has agreed to consult with IPI clients on their business and employment litigation defense needs by consulting with IPI clients and helping them formulate their litigation defense strategies free of charge up to a maximum of five (5) hours of consultation time or until a retainer agreement is signed, whichever occurs first.  Mr. Hagopian can offer this business and employment litigation consultation service to IPI clients provided only that no professional conflicts of interest exist with clients or former of H&H.  The free legal defense strategy consultation Mr. Hagopian offers to IPI clients includes meeting with IPI clients about their business and employment litigation needs, discussing available legal strategies regarding such matters with them, making recommendations about legal strategies to them regarding such matters, and answering their questions about all available legal strategies or any strategic recommendations regarding such matters.  It does not include preparing any correspondence, having H&H appear in any legal action or other legal proceeding either by going to court or by filing or serving any kind of legal document, incurring any disbursements or hard costs, or offering any legal advice on any matter that H&H’s deems to be outside of its area of legal expertise.  For more information about H&H
