SANTA ANA, Calif., Oct. 1, 2014—Insurance Partners, Inc., is reminding business-owners, directors, and managers that October is National Cyber Security Awareness Month, an excellent time to review and refresh cyber security policies and procedures.

Hackers on the inside pose a $40 billion threat to US businesses, according to a recent article in Carrier Management. Whether cyberattacks originate from the inside or the outside, though, they are inevitable, said speakers at the recent National Risk Retention Association’s conference.
